In July and August, Debate Spaces offers two unique opportunities for summer debate. Both are free, virtual, and led by top debate coaches from around the world. Students ages 10-17 are welcome, and no previous debate experience is required. Learn more about each program below, and check back in early 2027 to register.

Summer Academy
Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays in July for virtual programs dedicated to some of today's biggest debates. Previous topics include:

Learn from guest experts in each topic, participate in global roundtable discussions, and practice applying your skills as debaters and community advocates.

Debate Camp
Attend Debate Spaces' virtual debate camp! Our week-long camp offers expert instruction in Public Forum or World Schools Debate—perfect for anyone who wants a head start on the upcoming debate season.
Develop debate skills, dive deep into the topics with incredible guest experts, and make friends around the global debate community. Camp with include group instruction, practice activities, independent coaching, and community building. The camp culminates in a Friday tournament.

Programs will take place from 9:00 – 11:00 AM EDT (GMT-4).
Instruction will take place from 9:00 – 11:00 AM EDT (GMT-4), with individual coaching and games before and after.
